It is my opinion, that our beloved U.S. Constitution has been shredded right before our eyes.  The right wing of the great eagle has been clipped too much and it has flown a course too far left.  It’s nothing new though, it has been going on since the early 1900’s.  Teddy Roosevelt a blatant Progressive so boldly thumbed his nose at the U.S. Constitution.  Woodrow Wilson dreamed of a one-world government and failed to get the League of Nations ratified, back when congress had common sense.  The Socialist/Communist Marxists (They are all the same to me) ran rampant during the 30’s trying to get their foot in the door, when the economy was in the tank, and they did.  FDR’s “New Deal” brought the biggest Ponzi Scheme in history on the American people, Social Security.  LBJ’s “Great Society” brought us entitlements that have been abused so much by two generations that have learned to milk the system; and we who pay taxes will not be able to afford in the future.

            The 2008 Presidential Election was a great white-washed media campaign carried out by the former great press in our country, which has turned into a leftist PR campaign.  Among other things, they promoted a bad economy until it became bad, just to give a Democrat a better chance to win the White House, thinking it would be Hillary.  Instead we got Barack Hussein Obama, who confessed in his own book that he surrounded himself with the “most radical Marxists” he could find when he was younger.  He talked of “Redistribution of Wealth” which is code words for Marxism.  Karl Marx called Socialism the evolution from Capitalism to Communism.  Candidate Obama spoke of “Social Justice” a term hijacked from the scriptures, but now has become code words for Socialism.  After election he did indeed surround himself with the “most radical Marxists” he could find, just check out some of his Czars.  We now we have a National Health Care Law, we pay for it now and benefit from it later, just to make it look like it’s fiscally responsible.  In this almost 3,000 Page Bohemoth Law, which most Democrats didn’t bother to read before voting upon, it contains sections which will hound future generations, like naming our beloved IRS as the enforcer and they will hire 16,000 new agents to watch over us.  If this is not Tyranny, I don’t know what is!

            Our Founding Fathers are turning over in their graves.  They designed the U.S. Constitution to fly in the balanced center between Tyranny (Too much Law) and Anarchy (No Law).  The Health Care Law is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, especially the 10th Amendment.  Will the U.S. Supreme Court do their job?  I sincerely doubt it, since they apparently do not understand the English language.  They are trying to use Black’s Law Dictionary to interpret the U.S. Constitution; you know the one that Bill Clinton used to define what the definition of “is” is.  The framers of the U.S. Constitution didn’t use Black’s Law Dictionary to write it with, they were well-read farmers, businessman and military men, very few attorneys.  Maybe the Supreme Court should also be made up of honest men and women instead of legal scholars, who know how to read and research what the founding fathers meant.  It can be found in the Federalist Papers and other writings of the great men who gambled everything for us.  Our current Supreme Court couldn’t read the 2nd Amendment either in 2008, how could 4 Supreme Court Justices vote against the plain English of the 2nd Amendment?  How can they be trusted to do the right thing here?  Thank God that we at least had 5 Justices that could read English and long-live them, at least until 2013 when hopefully a new President takes over the reigns of our Executive Branch.

            Our Constitution has been breached, all correct thinking Americans are under distress today, tomorrow and into the future until our country can rescue itself in the only way it can be saved.  In the elections on November 2nd, 2010, America must be taken back from the extreme leftists in this country!  Taking back congress is the only way to cancel the national treasury credit card that has been issued to an apparent out of control “teenager” minded person who happens to be President of the United States.

            I will contribute what I can, which isn’t much in this economy, and I will support honest conservative candidates, but they must be warned, if you are fake like the last ones that were elected, you will be voted out again and you will have put this great nation in even greater peril than it is today.

            For now, my flag will fly upside down as a sign of extreme distress, our liberty, property and now our health is at risk, as is that of our future generations.  I don’t do it to dishonor our country, I do it to honor all of those who have fought bravely for our freedom and continue to do so.  To remain silent is to approve of the direction our great nation is heading and we “must not go silently into the night.”
